You can benefit from inviting your Realtor to visit new construction with you for the first visit. There are often rules that buyers must only work with the sales person at the site unless their agent is with them for the first visit. This builder rule prevents buyers from having their own Buyer's Agent to look after their interests and help to avoid pitfalls.
